Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that you receive damaged products, please email us at contact@wixichix.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please include order number and a photo as proof of damage. Without this information, we will not be able to successfully provide a replacement.


Lost, Stolen or Missing 
Wixi Chix is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once it is shipped to carrier. Please ensure that the address you provide is correct when checking out. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or missing, please contact the appropriate carrier to file a claim.
